A new entity created to bring together the gaming assets of the BIGBEN group, NACON has the independence to raise the funds necessary for the development of new uses and trends, in order to offer players the best in gaming in both publishing and accessories. Renowned worldwide for more than 20 years for its accessories such as console controllers or gaming headsets, NACON has also developed its notoriety by positioning itself in the market segment of so-called AA games which includes, according to our segmentation, all games including sales are between 0.2 and 3 million copies and whose budgets are between 1 and 20 million euros1. This niche market, which we consider less competitive, is experiencing strong growth and brings together an increasing community of players each year.<\/p>\n
With this IPO, NACON wishes to finance its strong growth and ultimately become one of the world leaders in AA games. Reaching critical mass through the pursuit of the studio acquisition strategy and accelerating the creation of proprietary and licensed content are at the heart of our strategy.
The fundraising will also ensure the international expansion of NACON both through the distribution of its premium accessories and the deployment of its offer on new digital platforms.<\/p>\n
