background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Since March 1, 2020, companies with at least 50 employees have been required to measure the gender equality index defined by the <a href=\"https:\/\/travail-emploi.gouv.fr\/ministere\/documentation-et-publications-officielles\/textes-et-circulaires\/lois\/article\/loi-avenir-professionnel\">\u201cAvenir professionnel\u201d<\/a> law of September 5, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>The reference period taken into account for the calculation of this index is from January 1 to December 31, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this index is to measure the company&#8217;s positioning in terms of professional equality between women and men according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/travail-emploi.gouv.fr\/actualites\/l-actualite-du-ministere\/article\/index-de-l-egalite-femmes-hommes-comment-le-calculer\">4 indicators<\/a> (for companies with fewer than 250 employees) defined by the government:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The gender pay gap ;<\/li>\n<li>Gap in the distribution of individual pay rises;<\/li>\n<li>Percentage of female employees receiving a raise after returning from maternity leave;<\/li>\n<li>The number of people of the under-represented sex among the 10 highest earners.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In this index, Nacon obtained a score of <b>91\/100<\/b> (index calculated on 2024 figures), a stable result which confirms the company&#8217;s commitment to professional equality.<br \/>The overall index of 91 is broken down as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pay gap indicator: 36<\/li>\n<li>Rate of individual increases: 35<\/li>\n<li>Return from maternity leave indicator: 15<\/li>\n<li>High-pay indicator: 5<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aware of the importance of
