Gender equality index

Since March 1, 2020, companies with at least 50 employees have been required to measure the gender equality index defined by the “Avenir professionnel” law of September 5, 2018.

The reference period taken into account for the calculation of this index is from January 1 to December 31, 2024.

The purpose of this index is to measure the company’s positioning in terms of professional equality between women and men according to the 4 indicators (for companies with fewer than 250 employees) defined by the government:

  • The gender pay gap ;
  • Gap in the distribution of individual pay rises;
  • Percentage of female employees receiving a raise after returning from maternity leave;
  • The number of people of the under-represented sex among the 10 highest earners.

In this index, Nacon obtained a score of 91/100 (index calculated on 2024 figures), a stable result which confirms the company’s commitment to professional equality.
The overall index of 91 is broken down as follows:

  • Pay gap indicator: 36
  • Rate of individual increases: 35
  • Return from maternity leave indicator: 15
  • High-pay indicator: 5

Aware of the importance of professional diversity as a factor of collective enrichment, social balance and economic efficiency, we are committed to guaranteeing equal opportunities and treatment for all employees, regardless of gender.
